A Bit About Me
With a history of working in health and education settings, I found myself on an introductory counselling course whilst working in a local secondary school and found it so valuable, I decided to continue the training. I worked as a counsellor for Wiltshire Mind between 2010 and 2019 which enabled me to work with people with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addictive behaviours, bereavement and questions around identity, purpose and direction. After qualifying in 2011, I've continued to study extensively which allows me to incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches depending on the needs and priorities of the client.
